In this lab we are given a transistor and are asked to find the linear coefficient of its gain (beta). We do this by comparing the current passing through A1 vs the current passing through A2. we find that the transistor saturates when the current passing through the emitter to be around 40 mA. The gain of the transistor is calculated to be around 40.
